Couldn’t wait to get this product, Corel Paint Shop Pro X2, couldn’t wait to unwrap the elaborate box. Couldn’t wait to download and start working whith this product. Wait, it won’t let me download. I need a special Serial number. The large manual 279 pages eludes all the special maneuvers and makes it sound so simple, but does not mention any serial numbers, where they are, what they are, how to find them. On-line support was utterly useless, what will happen if I ever do download and have a serious problem?
Nothing angers a consumer more than unpleasant suprises!!!

Excellent. Stands as a reasonable alternative to Adobe Photoshop. A decendent of Micrographic. Does things that I am not sure if photoshop does, such as perspective correction.

I give the disc an A+ if its only used as a frisbee.

However, as software goes, this thing is crap. I was able to install the prog which worked for about a month or so and then quit after a certain upgrade patch I downloaded. The program refused to work, messed up my computer settings, and I was unable to uninstall this trash.

I found a way to get rid of it though. Uninstall the patch first, then uninstall the program, then download a FREE and awesome program from [. . . ]. Who knew could be better than expensive?!

Corel – bad show!!

Please everyone do not waste your money on this crap. Either save up for a good program from Adobe or use excellent freebies that won’t clog your (computer)system.

It is now well over a month and still I have not received the product!! It qualified for free shipping, but I needed sooner so I paid Amazon extra $$ for expedited shipping and never received anything. I requested a refund and Amazon sent return postage tag, yet I still have NO merchandise to affix it to?
This is very poor service on Amazons behalf. I do not think I will EVER purchase from them again!!
BUYER BEWARE OF AMAZON!
