We needed this for the office. I asked my regular office supply vendor for a quote. It was way to high. Asked him to match the price from Amazon. Couldn’t come close.
Delivery was prompt and this is our 4th unit and the fastest yet.

I have an online store, and wanted to upgrade my shipping labels from the standard 4″x 6″ ones to the sleeker 2″ x 7″ (series 99109) ones. If only someone had told me that this DYMO is not compatible with Mac users who ship from Paypal. If you want to print your shipping labels through Paypal, you have to use a PC. Macs will only print via Paypal with a $16. USD Endicia subscription. My business does not get enough volume in certain months to justify the Endicia subscription.
The upside to this printer is that it only took me 10 min. to download the e-files from the software CD to print stamps or labels. I could easily design and print either within 20 min. from opening the box. However, my only desire was to print shipping labels with my address, buyer’s address, and delivery confirmation all on the 99109 labels I had ordered from eBay. No luck after 12 hours of trial and error. . . Finally, the label vendor from eBay sent me a detailed email explaining the inability of Macs to print through Paypal to the label I had purchased.
I recommend this product only for people who want to print simple standard-sized postage or labels for files/folders, not for small business owners, unless they do it all from a PC.
By the way, mine is now for sale on eBay below cost, as the Amazon seller made it hard for me to return it once opened:
