The initial backup failed repeatedly with code A2222. After many support requests and hours on chat/phone/etc, the "case manager" (Level 4 support?) stated that Norton Online Backup supports a maximum of approximately 1. 5 - 3. 0GB per backup. Mmmm. This won't meet my needs.

Also, beware of exorbitant costs for additional storage ($69. 99 for 25GB of additional storage beyond the initial 25GB).

Maybe I'll re-try this product in a couple of years. For now, I'm going to try another service.

After I read the user comment in Amazon. com, I checked with the customer service prior to purchase this on whether there is a maximum backup capacity each time. The answer is no. I go ahead and purchased this product. Unfortunatley, there is certainly this unwritten limitation. I can not get my huge folder backed up successfully after many trys. I am never really impressed with Symantec's support to any of its products to begin with after my many years experience.
