Product shipped and received as promised but the software package was crushed because the product was shipped in an envelope instead of a box and appeared to be from a relative.

This was an upgrade from QB Pro 2006 for us. Difficult for IT Dept. to install and we are continuing to have many access problems since then.

I’ve been using Quickbooks for more than a dozen years and it does a fine job for a small business. But I hate that they force me to upgrade every 3 years and then make me call to activate. It’s bad enough that the “upgrade” has minimal improvements, so just take my money and give me the dang validation code without hassle. And on this upgrade I had to call Tech Support because I couldn’t access the QB files across the network. So after 6 long hours I can now get back to business. Thanks for nothing Quickbooks.
