This is a crime. I needed the software and was left out in the cold, both by the seller and Amazon. com. I am completely disgusted. I have yet to hear back from Amazon concerning my claim. I looked at it and saw that it had been glued to the sleeve!!!! The second disk was glued too and was in worse condition!!!! I love buying from Amazon I doubt this is their fault. I had been waiting for this item excited to learn a new language and what I got was the one someones child package on take your kid to work day. Instead of paper sleeves it should go in plastic cases to avoid glue. We'll see if the replacement is in better condition.
