Bought this for my 9 year-old SpongeBob fanatic. Even he said he was sick of hearing SpongeBob after only a few sessions.

It *requires* that the disk be in the CD when using it. Even so, it’s not a regular mac app. It doesn’t install the normal way. I never could get it to work. I returned it.
I saw it working on the Mac at the Apple store, but I they must have a custom build for the Apple store because there wasn’t a CD in that machine at the store.
I’ve had this problem with several products from The Learning Company. They’re cute at the store, but good luck getting them to actually work at home (on a Mac, anyway).

My 8 year old son loves SpongeBob, so I thought this might be good for him. He and I have both played with this program and we both love it. It is fun, yet educational. I highly recommend it, especially to the SpongeBob fans. This is his first typing program so I am glad he is loving it and learning at the same time. I have also done some of the lessons and am improving my typing skills as well.
