I order the “Print Shop 23″ because I thoght that it came with a CD ROM . . . BUT It was a DVD-ROM. . . So since I don’t have a DVD Driver,I send it Back for a refund, But Don’t get me wrong, I have The old Version Number 10 “Print Shop” and it works PERFECT! I just want to get a new one that’s all!
    Thanks anyway!

Like others, I bought Print Shop 23 because of having used previous versions of Print Shop and it having a decent price. When I tried to install the software, my computer could not even read the disc. I did finally see in the small print on the box that Windows XP Service Pack 3 is required, so I attempted to download and install that, which in turn required updating Internet Explorer and a flash program and on and on. After about 3 hours supposedly downloading, I gave up. Apparently enough got downloaded to screw up my system settings, and Print Shop still wouldn’t install. I had to go to a restore point to get things back the way they were. Finally, I noticed (again in the small print) that you need a DVD-Rom drive, not just CD. So, please be aware, Print Shop 23 WILL NOT INSTALL if you only have a CD-Rom drive, and Windows XP Service Pack 3 may be much more trouble that it is worth. It would have been nice if Print Shop and/or its sellers had made these requirements a little more obvious. And now I’m reading that even with Windows Vista, many Print Shop 23 purchasers are not happy. I’m only out a fairly small amount of money and a few hours, but maybe my experience will save you even being out that much. In sum, a big, frustrating disappointment that could have been averted with a little more clarity on the part of Broderbund and its re-sellers.
