The software works OK on my PC. The instruction said you don’t need to remove the old version to install the new one. But, when I installed the new version, I have to remove the old one.

This program has four parts. You have to install all of them. When I installed the progams, my computer could not connect to my LAN. Probably because the firewall program conflicted with my far superior firewall program. Once I uninstalled this program, I could then connect to my LAN. There is a reason that it was discounted to a price much less than the spyware program alone.

Very good software. . installed easily on Vista machine, as well as a WinXP machine. Will give it more time before I’ll know if its in top 5. . . ok so far.

I always use webroot products for my computer, and it has never let me down. I will continue to use webroot for my protection.

I first got trial version. Installed, ran it, clean everything it found, and then uninstalled. Next I installed Malwarebytes, which found 4 malwares that Webroot had not found. I then found that my PC is running much slower and sluggish when I watched DVD. After some investigation, I found out that Webroot didn’t uninstall clean and some files were still running!! I had to manually clean the registry. . . I guess this says it all. I am glad I didn’t pay for it. Always do the trial. . . Cheers
